I've 'specially taken an interest in Indian and also Middle Eastern at the moment. They are what I remember eating most as a child. In addition, my mother made Tomatoland cuisine mostly, and my grandmother melted cheddar on everything. It was all very good. My little sister went to school to become a chef for one semester after getting her Arts degree, but decided she didn't want to do that for a living. It was all worth it because she can make fabulous sushi now. I have lots of time on my hands right now, and I'd love to use it up being creative and improving any skills I have.
